I love to bake...it sets its own rhythm and can't be rushed. It's very Zen.

tonkatsu, udon....mmmm....

Mashiko Sushi in West Seattle, or Chiso in Fremont. Just feed me sushi! It's my favorite food (to eat, that is-every time I try to make it, the rice
migrates away from the nori and settles on my forearms).
- I decided to become a chef
After graduating music school. I immediately decided I didn't want to be a music educator, because I would only be thinking about food all day...so I did the only logical thing: I became a chef. Who needs summer vacation anyway?
