Chef Matt is Farestart's Guest Chef on Thursday, April 9th. We'd love to have you there- last year's dinner sold out, but you can still snag one of the reservation spots left!

The 3-course dinner is $24.95 plus tax, tip, and drinks, and 100% of the proceeds and gratuities go into Farestart's programs to fund student services and training.

Starter
Fire-roasted bell pepper and tomato soup with bacon lardons
(Vegetarian soup without lardons)
Entrée
Pan-seared garlic chicken, spring vegetable caponata, parmesan-thyme gnocchi
Vegetarian Entrée
Roast vegetable fritatta with tapenade
Dessert
Vanilla chiffon cake filled with raspberry mousse, vanilla pastry cream, and frosted with white chocolate buttercream
