Join Starry Nights & Chef Matt for Farestart's Guest Chef Night April 22nd!

Farestart is one of Starry Nights' favorite organizations. They provide culinary job training and placement for homeless and disadvantaged individuals, and each Thursday night, a local chef presides over the kitchen for Guest Chef Night. Join us Thursday April 22nd at Farestart, as Chef Matt and the crew of Starry Nights will be Farestart's Guest Chef!

Herbed walnut-chevre croquette on a bed of seasonal mixed greens

Springtime Coq au Vin Blanc
Braised chicken in a rich white wine broth with spring vegetables, served with a seasonal potato puree and fresh sautéed Washington asparagus

Roasted Vegetable Napoleon
Layers of puff pastry filled with freshly roasted vegetables, in a savory red bell pepper sauce

Starry Nights Trio of Desserts: Authentic French macarons, a chocolate and raspberry mousse mini parfait, and handmade chocolate-dipped marshmallows
