"When I learned that Washington has the 9th highest hunger rate in the nation, I wanted to help," said Jones. Teaming with Food Lifeline, Starry Nights Catering & Events will present a hunger benefit Sunday, May 21 called Mambo Away the Hunger. The Mambo Away the Hunger event will feature Cuban-style food and drinks, music, and Mambo lessons taught by a professional dance instructor. Tickets are $45 per person, and 20% of the ticket price goes directly to Food Lifeline.
